Meeting of the expert council of the Presidential Directorate for the Protection of Citizens’ Constitutional Rights

The meeting was attended by heads of research institutions and Russian universities, as well as leading lawyers
specialising in constitutional and civil law and state-building.

During the meeting of the expert
council, the participants discussed current issues related to determining the nature and stability of an individual’s legal ties with the Russian Federation
following the acquisition of Russian citizenship.
