Head of the Presidential Directorate for the Protection of Citizens’ Constitutional Rights Tatyana Lokatkina chaired a meeting of its expert council. The meeting was attended by heads of research institutions and Russian universities, as well as leading lawyers specialising in constitutional and civil law and state-building. During the meeting of the expert council, the participants discussed current issues related to determining the nature and stability of an individual’s legal ties with the Russian Federation following the acquisition of Russian citizenship.

Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Anton Vaino chaired the third meeting of the organising committee for preparing and holding celebrations marking Leo Tolstoy’s 200th birth anniversary.
