The President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sooronbay Jeenbekov, signed the Decree according to which Niyazov Miroslav Dzhumabekovich was appointed the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
